About this course
Most companies are experimenting with AI, yet most AI pilots never deliver a measurable return. The problem is rarely the technology. It is how leaders frame the problem, choose where to start, move from pilot to production, and manage the risks.
This course gives managers a practical playbook. You will learn what modern AI actually is, how generative and agentic systems behave and fail, how to pick and value the right AI opportunities, how to carry a project from pilot to everyday use, and how to govern AI responsibly.
